What are your overall thoughts on this course?

  • I am very happy that I joined  EDTech Cohort. This is my second time to join EDTech and  If there will be a third time to join the cohort, I will join again if they will allow me.

  • I am willing to attend the course again for my personal development. Learning and doing new things must be continued to be alive and enthusiastic in the development of technology and improvement of the learning process of the students.

  • What were some websites and resources you found useful in your profession?

Nearpod.com, Padlet.com,ChatGPT, Drift, Curipod, Canva AI Tools, Quizizz, Kahoot,Choice Boards, and Hyperdocs are very useful in applying the said websites in our classroom not only for entertaining the students but by motivating  students to be more engage in their learning process.

What other tools and resources would you be interested in learning about? 

I will be waiting for the new topics that I will be learning in the next course of ED Tech.

Students Tech Products Reflection What are your overall thoughts on this course?  Everyday is a learning experience whether we are inside or outside our classroom. Ed Tech Cohort 12 gave me another opportunity to review and learn new apps that the teachers and students need to learn more about technology. We are lucky in our CNMI District that we have good Internet speed service in our classroom and  the speed is going up to more than 100 mbps download in my classroom. That helps my students to use the devices at the same time  without any issue. Internet speed is a big factor in using technology inside our classroom especially when we are using additional apps, images, graphics,and movies so that students may be more engaged and increase their learning capabilities in reading, math and writing including the other content subjects.   Ed Tech Program What are your overall thoughts on the Ed Tech program? (4 pts) I thoroughly appreciated my experience with the Ed Tech Course at Team B. The workload was perfectly balanced, allowing ample time to complete tasks effectively. Throughout the course, I gained valuable insights into various technologies that can be seamlessly integrated into our classrooms. This newfound knowledge equips teachers like us to effectively introduce and share these innovative technologies with our students, enhancing their learning experience. What were some of the most challenging topics of the program? (4 pts) In my experience with EdTech Cohort 12, I discovered that merge letters and merge certificates were among the most challenging topics. Digital Citizenship Reflection What is the most important thing you learned in this course? (5 pts) Digital literacy is the most important thing I learned from this course. I learned more on how to  improve my ability to use information and determine fact from fiction when reading an online source.  Digital literacy is a great tool to help correct and improve  the reading levels of the students. Also, the technological resources and lessons are available in the CNMI Public School System in helping the student catch up with their classmates.
